How we work

Ruby’s charging structure is simple, based on standard hourly rates.

All activity is quoted for in advance and no expenses are incurred without our clients’ prior approval. Reduced rates are offered to new business start ups, community groups and charities.

We will keep you regularly updated with results we are achieving for your business and we encourage fortnightly meetings as well as weekly status reports showing recent and planned activity with detailed timesheets and results of coverage.
